Studying in Taiwan

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me?

I recently stayed in Taiwan for 6 weeks and fell in love with it. I want to go back out there, train and at the same time study, I am having trouble finding the right information and options. I don't speak chinese, although would like to learn. The only BA degree courses I can seem to find taught in english are all business, do I have any other options?

Preferably like to be in the north, near the capital.
