if you know the sort of smart people, but not exactly top of your class smart, but who nevertheless went off and became "scholars" of something then start spouting off in total ignorance that they are actually missing things ...

well so i am thinking of "social media experts" here but it occurs to me it's just like the taichee hippies. at least the hippies can go and get their asses kicked and come to some realization of what they know and what they don't know. these morons - not sure they will ever have a clue - maybe when they're out of a job because the job is so stupid. like early web developers who knew html and called themselves "programmers".
