wow. that's pretty awesome. during my USAF days, we had a similar case come into our ER one evening. the boil on the guy's back must have been a good 1.5 - 2 inches in diameter at the base of it. as soon as we cut it,all that pus and blood came shooting on out of there, just like the video. it smelled like ass, too.

Filmed myself trying to pop it for 20 minutes, no luck. Put the camera down and give it one more shot, BAM, fucking mount pusuvius.
