yeah he has some good people now using technology to spread the dharma. the exercises are pretty simple and if your already a meditator or just want to supplement your yoga practice. Its been a year now and Tenzin has a few public teachings on the internet. There is a new retreat center in Colorado as well I found that a old friend of mine John Jackson recently opened with a resident lama-

i watched the dharma teaching- it was 80 minutes long. he showed 2 of the 5 element exercises in last 20 minutes. really good! he showed water and wind elements which had more detail than his book- healing with the elements.

the lecture was primarily about no allowing negative emotions come to fruition and allowing positive ones and space (clear mind) be cultivated.
