MMA and dancing

Just watched Chuck Liddell doing a foxtrot, surprisingly smooth. I've always been an advocate of dancing to improve your martial arts -I foresee a renaissance for Chuck.

When I get tired of all this martial arts crap, I am returning to my study of tango.

aaron carter is leading with donny osmond probably 2nd ... but pop singers who dance as part of their singing performance really have an unfair advantage.

apparently athletes like chuck liddell and the NFL guy do not. how can you be a ufc champ or nfl hall of famer wide receiver and be stiff as a board?
