Many traditional Reiki Masters consider the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen Symbol to be the most powerful of the Reiki symbols.

Energy transmission to others, face-to-face or distant, is the most beneficial part of my qigong practice. I'm glad that I can help my friends and family when they don't feel well by sending them energy, and I have found that focusing on them, even for a short time, de-emphasizes whatever problems I may be having and helps me to see things in a better light.

Have you ever suddenly had an unexpected thought about a friend or relative who is not present with you at the time, seeing their face pass across the screen of your mind, and then received a phone call from them shortly thereafter to say "I was just thinking about you, so I decided to call and see how you're doing"? Or perhaps encountered someone somewhere not long after you've recently thought about them for no particular, logical reason, only to have them tell you that they've been thinking about you lately, too?

The transference of thoughts, feelings, mental images, and so forth in this way, as an invisible and purely energetic vibrational phenomenon happens all the time to all kinds of people everywhere. The transference of healing energy from one person to another, whether it be across the same room or across the globe, happens in the same way. Distant energy healing is definitely a reality. 8-)

My friend from far north of Scandanavia told me one strange thing which still happens on daily basis there...not sure it is a Sammi thing or not.

The women have a tree specific to each family which they have a lifelong link with, and when the husband goes hunting or to town they talk to the tree and he can hear her message, and she can pick up back to her.

She said the great thing was....her husband could never claim his batteries had run out!
