*facepalm*

You guys were spot on about the first rec, it was pretty freaky, and I'm not even a fan of zombie flicks. Someone please weigh in about this when they've seen it. And someone tell JW about Zombieland. For the good of the world.

I have the shortest sequel plot for that movie ever.

Police: Hmm, the house is populated by unkillable zombies, and everyone they kill also becomes an unkillable zombie. Let's send in a shit load of cops to get eaten.
Woman pouring coffee: fuck that stupid shit, burn the fucking building down. Last time I checked, ashes are rarely ambulatory.

Chris, was that sarcasm? ;D

My favorite moments in horror are from non-american films, actually. The last 10 minutes from Rec...the scene from The Orphanage when the woman plays the counting game on the wall and each time she looks to her back, the ghost kids appear closer...a scene from a korean movie called Kairo, where a ghost comes walking slowly from under the stairs, and suddenly starts to contort its body with the creepy violin sountrack, etc.

Theres this low profile movie right now on selected theaters in the US, called Paranormal Activity. Its kinda like Blair Witch..but good. :) Anybody seen it?
