I'll look into those but I think a CMS is a bit overkill. I want something that lets me look at a lot of small bits of information quickly (so outliners and mind mappers are good). e.g., Someone report that the printer is not printing, I can look up the troubleshooting section, which may have another note for when there's no printout, then depending on further symptoms look into different section of the notes. CMS are usually more suitable for storing long documents so they're great for standard procedures, etc., but not so great when you need to scan through different branches of information quickly.
