How To Run And Not Get Hurt

A method of running derived from Tai-Chi principles, apparently. Anyone tried anything like this? Just common sense mindfulness and joint alignments?

Stopped reading because the damn adverts are in the way with no close button. Fuck any site that has that bull shit.

I bought that book as a gift before, but never really read it - I think the main point of the book is to have straight spine and tilt forwards slightly.

Pretty cool stuff - I think glisee activities is a more rewarding
area to employ those ideas where edge control and weight distribution
makes all the difference. Snowboarding provides this where after integrating
those principals and flat-boarding rather than edging too much makes
me feel like I am the Silver Surfer. Spinning on a bike and working on energy
loading into the drive-train also gives good results.
