DC Executive is accused of crime on an airplane based partially on making a "mean face" as described in criminal affidavit

I think he made a big mistake in talking to the police. In their affidavit, they said that during the interview he was aggressive with them, which is additional witnesses against you. Better to take the fifth.

drunk on a airplane.

*sighs*

They shouldn't even serve alcohol on airplanes, it is such a no brainer.

I agree, but there is no indication in this article that he was actually drunk, just that others perceived him to be. This does not mean he actually was drunk. Pain pills, diabetes and a host of other things often cause drunken seeming behavior.

Remember the member of the band R.E.M., Peter Buck, who was accused of misbehaving on a flight to London? Basically, IIRC he was accused of being a drunken lout and causing problems. No idea if it's true or not, but press reports said he had scores of people lining up to say he was a mild-mannered guy, and his explanation was that a combination of medicine and fatigue caused his strange behavior (similar to this story). He didn't remember most of the flight, so the reaction to the medicine was more severe than this case here.

^^ Thirty days in the hole!

"Aggressive eyeball contact" is a charge within the California penal system, the world's second largest after Texas. You can certainly get extra punishment for it, perhaps extra time added to your sentence if I understand how things work there correctly.

"Aggressive eyeball contact?" Good God, do they ever hold UFC in Cali? If so, any lawyers reading this can make a fortune at the pre-ruck stare-down.

(Tom, if you follow this up, I get 10 percent, OK? Now, go to work.)
