I found this clip on Youtube of a professional arm-wrestling competitor from Germany, who's nicknamed "Hellboy" for his enourmous right arm that seems so disproportional to the rest of his body.



It just looks so unnatural and unreal to me that I suspect there might have been some sort of medical procedure invovled to achieve this degree of growth.

He also had a tendinitis in his right arm during this competition. It has nothing to do with the appearance of the arm though.

That explains it. I just didn't think it'd be humanly possible to have such a great size difference between the two arms even with extensive trainiing focusing just on one.

As everyone else noted, it is a defect. You can also tell by noting that his first two fingers on the right arm are proportionate to his arm, while the ring and little finger match the size of his left arm. Now, I do not know, but I am not aware nor can I think of any way to train to make specific fingers larger/more buff then others.
