8 squats 13 push ups
7 squats 14 push ups
6 squats 15 push ups
5 squats 16 push ups

yes no weights.- you can use like a horse stance squat or feet closer and butt-to-heels squat. i went back and fourth between the two since my legs were burning and you get the benefit of both.

Fck me. I did it.

Fuck. You fucking fuck. That is not "easy".

Took me jut shy of half an hour ;D but the thing about small fat hobbits is that they don't give up. ;)

Right. I need a shower. Then bed!

I like that one! Here's one back for ya

Five or six guys in press up position all facing each other. Number one starts with 1 pressup. Man to his left does 1 press-up, all the way round the group. When it gets back to number one he does 2 pressups. Then all round the group. Then 3, etc, etc See if you can work up to ten press ups. Of course when waiting your turn you have to remain in press up position! You can then do the same with squats and sit ups.....

cheers

one exercise that has a similar feel is cards.

obviously you can customise it, but the general gist is go through a stack of playing cards.

black under 10s = pushups
red under 10s = squats
black JQK = 10 burpees
red JQK = 10 pull ups
joker = 30 seconds of rest

it was after a boxing class with a coach yelling so we didnt have breaks between sets.

i did have to go to knee push ups at around set #15 push up. my arms were sore for 5 days!

Ian- seen the card thing, that is a good one.

Rob- i havent heard of that but sounds real good. Very similar to the Marines I have seen working out at the track.
