I think some of us need to understand that these people are manufactured by corporations as brands and then used to sell goods for the corporations.

It has little if anything to do with talent at all. It's not about the music, it's not about the show. The music is the same crap and the show is the same show.

What's important is the brand and the sales you can piggyback off it.

ON the other end, you have a pile of shit indie bands whining and moaning and generally playing shit.

In the middle you have real talent looking for a break and then you have big name brands , dinosaurs on retirement fund tours and finally at the very top, the real corporate shills and fabricated superstars that have nothing to say but lots to talk about.

Support the music you like! Support your local bands that you like!

With any luck, they'll have a good run and they'll get to sell out too!
