Hmm. Well, I probably did as much as anyone to piss people off the other day. I attempted to introduce a note of levity. In attempting to be a wit, I succeeded halfway. There are some topics that are, to some people, too serious to laugh about. For some people, it is themselves.
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
