I have made similar conclusions under the influence, luckily have yet to jump into something sharp.

Worst thing I ever did drunk was a 3/4 gainer off a 1.5 meter diving board. It really, really hurt, but since I was blasted, I didn't mind. Then the guy behind me jumped into the side of the pool and the cops showed. They were real nice and took him to the hospital, but nothing was broken. Never arrested him. Did I mention the pool was closed? Details, details.
