A story from 2005. Apparently, this reservation has a history of serious problems, including tax evasion. Perhaps this video is somehow connected to that? Sad and tragic, given the history of treatment of native peoples. :-\

There appear to be two separate issues going on here. There's the IRS selling off non-trust land to pay for back taxes, but the original video is a problem with their local electricity companies.
