What's for breakfast?

The old standby: Coffee, two bagels with butter.

Hard to beat in my book.

When I've got time - the old British fried breakfast + mug of tea is the best. Most days I just go with my standard homemade bean, cheese etc burritos.

And not only food: frequently there must be a beverage.

A two-egg (super high omega-3 content) omelet with sauteed baby spinach, turkey b'fast sausage and a bit of Gouda. Green tea. My usual these days - it comes together, gets eaten & cleans up in about 15-20.

not to mention that after a short 3-4 hour wait, you crap it out and give it a wipe and you're completely done with breakfast for another day.

the whole process is more interesting than kungfu really.
