Sounds interesting. I'm interested in improving my knowledge about training and body mechanics/anatomy so this looks good. I will check it out when I'll have time.

We have two guys at our MMA school going for the certifications. They are already certified in Cross-fit. I will probably do it in a few months since I am exploring the insanity workout. I

If you want an insanity training for warriors, try the dead lift challenge on dragondoor.com. You take 315 on the bar and see how many times you can dead lift it in 30 min. Breaking 100 is pretty good.

Some probably can't do one rep of that so one could do the overhead press challenge I think was posted on there last year. Put 80% of your body weight on the bar and see how many times you can put it over your head in 30 min by any means you want. Most likely that will require using the clean and jerk.
