a> I'm not distributing it to a classroom full of 11 year olds - in fact, in my home, popping it into the dvd player is not distribution.
b> If I were an at-home daycare and they were at my house, I believe I should have my license under review...so the answer is yes. If it were my kid at a daycare I'd take them elsewhere. I'd expect parents of kids I were looking after to do the same. (still a 'yes')

Something almost like that happened to me back in the day. If it really WAS an honest mistake, then yeah, I would still feel the same way. Who it is and what kind of legal sexual activity they were engaging in on their own time has nothing to do with the issue. Would I personally be grossed out by the situations you describe? Yeah, I would. But if the hypothetical person in the situation were honestly and frantically distraught and truly embarrassed, and clearly felt terrible about the mistake, then my own view is that we're all human and we all fuck up from time to time. But that's just me...
