So that got me to thinking, how many people here are left handed?

All throughout history left handed people were considered dishonest and untrustworthy. The word "sinister" comes from the Latin for left-handed. People greet each other by shaking with their right hands. This gesture showed that your strong (weapon) hand was open and contained no weapons. The Chinese have a similar salute, except that instead of shaking open hands, they cover their right fist (weapon) with their left hand to show the other person that they won't punch them. The p
roblem with left-handed people is that when they follow this universal convention, their strong weapon hand has not been nullified by the greeting ritual, but rather is still available to strike the other person at will. You usually see this when your left-handed "friend" shakes your hand with his right and then stabs you in the gut with a knife he was expertly wielding with his dominant left hand.
Lefty's must repent for their past transgressions (actually, my sister was the only lefty in an otherwise normal family).
