Last Day of School!

Postby Brady on Fri Mar 26, 2010 6:19 am

About to leave for my last official day as a college student. Six years of schooling has gone by really quickly for me, and I've got a grin from ear to ear today. Lucky that I picked such a great career to throw myself into, and am excited for the future where I don't have the next few years of my life planned ahead. Soon I get to call myself Dr. Brady mwahaha ;D 8-)

Ha Jose got it right. Field = Phsyical Therapy. Not an MD but DPT degree. But regardless of the title, just happy to be done (or 5 hours away from it).

The recovery takes time. There isn't a week that goes by when I don't thank the maker that I'm no longer a student (in the traditional sense) and it's been 14 years now.

6 Years full time, classes through summer and all. Finished with a really inspiring clinical affiliation thanks in large part to Derek (somatai) and now would in all likelihood have a sweet job set up for as soon as I pass my boards. Pretty exciting time in the life.

Its similar but there are differences, and I don't know them. I hear you guys get to do more fun things because liability is lower. But I wanna figure that out because I've always wanted to come train some of the manual therapy stuff Oz is known for ;D
