Got laser eye surgery done yesterday and now i can see without my glasses.

I chose the PRK which is good for martial artists since a fully healed eye is no different than a normal eye. The only drawback is that the recovery takes a few weeks and months so for now although I can see things far away but I have difficultly reading.

The strangest thing is reaching for your glasses in the morning and not finding them. When I couldn't find them this morning I thought, "Who the hell took my glasses!" and then I realized I didn't need them anymore.

I should have been a trucker, cruising around and getting away from all the divisive politics down here would be the place to be.

It definitely felt like I was stepping into the future.

It was kind of trippy. There's one part when the laser removes parts of your eyeball that are impairing your vision and it smells like human hair burning and you realize its you!
