Looks like snus to me.

Rapé means "rasped" in French BTW, nothing to do with rape.

This word when Englished becomes "rappee, " meaning coarse snuff.

BTW Swedish snus appears to be lower risk than most tobacco products and it is convenient to use. Since I discovered it I hardly ever fool with my pipe. http://www.squidoo.com/snusinfo
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
