In Russian "vilka" is a word for (among other things) "plug", hence the latinized "vilcus" for the name of this contraption.
They actually have some more serious and some very cool ideas on their site, even if nearly (or completely) impractical, including a keyboard where each key is a programmable mini LCD display, a coffee mug that can serve as an iron, etc.
