Guilty pleasures

Rum, beer, movies, nice websites, gaming, etc., without interrupting the flow of martial threads.

There are few things I like doing after training:

1. Meditate, zen style before sleep. Everyday.

2. Listen to Cancion Del Mariach and drink Tequlia occasionally, not often.

3. Drink tea.

Oh well, if we're gonna be serious, then my guilty pleasure is scotch.

Not rye, not bourbon, Scotch.

12 year old single malts or older, no blends (unless it's for a rusty nail).
Preferably in a mid tone between peaty and medicine like. :)

I have no guilt about any martial arts training. If you're moving, You're moving!
Coconuts. Bananas. Mangos. Rice. Beans. Water. It's good.

And what, young man, if one of those poor innocent walls decides to hit you back one day....??

Fun stuff, keep em coming......

Check this out for a guilty pleasures day......

I've done my David Carradine workout again, I practiced Siu Lim Tao in the filing room at work today and now I'm sat in some thai boxing shorts messing around on rsf in between a bit of online dating.

Yeah baby ;D

I like to hit my palm edge on had objects. When I walk pass by a wall or a tree, my palm edge will hit on it without knowing myself. My teacher liked to do this too when he talked to me on dinner table, but he always hit his palm heel on table instead.

For some unknown reason that when my ex-girlfriend "moves her body like a boxer does (dodging under hook punches)", Her body language just turns me off right at that moment (not lady like).

Martial guilty pleasures ... the ocassional practice session doing techniques back and forth in my basement training room with a wooden shield and functional battle-axe [usually after some scotch and re-watching Gladiator or Braveheart];

But don't tell anyone!

Malware? On this thread? You sure?

Anyway... yes, I DO like the first "Karate Kid" movie. And "The Last Dragon". And whenever I get new shoes or pants, when I get home I have to practice some Kung Fu techniques in them... just to make sure they will work as needed...

Some antiviruses software may contain viruses in it. I tried to down load "Antispyware Soft Platinum" on my laptop, my laptop gave me viruses warning.
