i am sure you know more about this than i do, john...

but fwiw: my norton antivirus (which i've had for years) says there's an HTTP malicious iframe image request. (whatever that is...)

it gives an attacker URL, but i can't copy/paste it.

it might be from an image someone uploaded? i don't know a lot about this. anyway i'm sure it's not deliberate, on the part of anyone here.

the only reason i mention it, is if a RSF member might not have good AV, and i wouldn't want anyone to be infected.

best to all...

ps...it shows up for me on the previous page of this thread, fwiw.

Does anybody have any (martial arts related!) guilty pleasures?
The reason I ask is because I just did a David Carradine workout video and quite enjoyed it!

just promise us you'll be careful - don't put the belt around your neck too tight, or it'll be the only thing you're remembered for.

I don't know if its a guilty pleasure exactly but something about grocery shopping is so boring that I inevitably end up getting strange looks as I mud step up & down the isles.

I do that every time I push a shopping cart - a little more discreet that way.

I practice sometimes when im in elevators... By myself, anyway.
Horse stance, some five elements, or whatever little thing is on my mind.

I think it's easier for a show of hands for who DOESN'T do that one, rather than how many other DO.

I've done my David Carradine workout again

*whew* and you survived again! I'm thankful. auto erotic self asphyxiation is not the way to be remembered in life.... personally I just surf porn...

Yeah, I do that with finger poking as well.

I like to do a short stick form I learned with a Star Wars ForceFX lightsaber... -saber-

Practice rooting at hardcore shows at the foot of the stage while being crushed by moshers.
Also, stance and footwork when I'm pasting sheets of wallpaper.(that's what I do for a living, hang wallpaper.)

I like Karate Kid, but not as a martial arts flick. I do refuse to watch the new one though.

My old guilty pleasure back in college days was getting into fights with people who didn't know any better.

My current guilty pleasure is pretending to myself that I can still do so and win.

Edit: Oh, and I like to drink spice, look into places that other people can't see, ride sandworms and destroy intergalactic empires.

Mine is breaking out the bagua at work. Not circle walking but spinning around people. Amazing that people often walk in one direction with their head facing another (usually talking to someone else and completely paying no attention to what is going on around them).

That and I was bored as hell one day and did some striking on a support column right there in the middle of the room. One girl was like "what the hell was that".
