The following typical threads that plague martial arts sites will get moved here if not just deleted: 1 - My style is better than Your style" - 2 - "Internal & External" - 3 - Personal attacks - 4 - Threads that start well, but degenerate into a spiral of nonsense.
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
I was just working out in my garage yesterday with my buddy who does FCS Kali and we drilled a defense against that knife attack at 2:25 in the video. If you freeze the video I like how Clint not only stops the knife hand, but lowers his stance a bit in case he doesn't.
Anyway, I always liked Heartbreak Ridge, even though some parts are a bit cheesy.
