The EF-Hongye journal is getting set to launch.

Now we suggest that those of you who are interested in submitting articles, videos, or columns etc (fee based and free) start things moving.
We will now begin to entertain submission and project ideas from qualified contributors.
We will also be entertaining interest in advertising.

Brian told me in Chat the other day that he filed for Dever's trade mark "Emptyflower" back in February.

He said this AFTER telling me in no uncertain terms tat he would not allow pirated articals because he might get sued...

When I heard that, I couldn't even respond, i just closed the window and left the chat without even saying good bye to anyone.

Oh, as staff, you surely knew about that, so you are guilty by association. That takes a LOT of Fucking balls coming here looking for assistance knowing full well Brian is trying to FUCK Devere out of his trade mark.

Oh,and another thing, Brian is planning on launching an "Emptyflower" E-magazine whit the idea tat it will someday be a print magazine as well. They were even talking about trying to destroy KFM in that mix of conversation too.

I hope DeVere gets to keep Emptyflower. He is the godfather of both sites.

Still, from what I can see, it's mostly the new crowd followed him (he being fairly new crowd himself) and most of the old guard staying here, returning the REAL eF back to what it originally was - informal, small, quality.

As opposed to his attempts to flood his board with his own newb students, add a million and one commercial attatchments to make some $$$$, and spread the word of his pregnant yak greatness.

Well, guess what, -- it is not just "saber-rattling", he WAS successful, he ACTUALLY DID IT.

I'll let people judge the morality of that act for themselves.


*edit* -- oh wow, it's not there anymore, eh?! Just a couple weeks ago when I searched here it showed that "emptyflower" was registered to Brian Phillips, with registration date in November, IIRC. I guess he withdrew it or something?
