The difference between xing yi and Xin Yi Liu He Quan?

The following typical threads that plague martial arts sites will get moved here if not just deleted: 1 - My style is better than Your style" - 2 - "Internal & External" - 3 - Personal attacks - 4 - Threads that start well, but degenerate into a spiral of nonsense.

hey hamid, before we talk about the 6 harmonies, can you please clench your fist first.
there are steps in CIMA, one must follow them. strictly no jumping of steps.
this is the first thing and first things are very important.
personally, i think it gets your own personal "pissed off" going. :)

Hi Hamid,

I know your Xinyi is from the famous Ma's family.
But there is saying in Xingyi: 意誠於內而形於外。
The mind is true and genuine, thus it is evident from the external expression.

You can test it on a body builder friend, see if the force can go thru his bulk.
I am not making any comment, bc I barely make a clip. And my form sucks.

But it will be cool to find out it's effect.
Just be carefully not to injure your wrist.
Cheers,

Just be carefully not to injure your wrist.

I use the index finger only as a striking surface and I can hit any part of the body, paos bags ... not hurt me.
I tested these strikes on practicing various styles and it works.
Alignerment The wrist is very important to the mpact!
just a good alignment shoulder, elbow and wrist.
