What is IMA sparring supposed to look like?

The following typical threads that plague martial arts sites will get moved here if not just deleted: 1 - My style is better than Your style" - 2 - "Internal & External" - 3 - Personal attacks - 4 - Threads that start well, but degenerate into a spiral of nonsense.

Well it was only a matter of time :) I am glad it raised some positive discussion first though.

Oh and Robinhood, that was a fail troll in response to cloudz, you messed up the formatting.

Fighting is fighting, and it will always look like fighting. Only the two involved in it will know whether it was internal or not, because nobody else can see it, but the loser will feel it. By definition, the winner is the one left standing, and the loser either sitting or lying. 8-)
