The following typical threads that plague martial arts sites will get moved here if not just deleted: 1 - My style is better than Your style" - 2 - "Internal & External" - 3 - Personal attacks - 4 - Threads that start well, but degenerate into a spiral of nonsense.

I downloaded a 10 hour cat video compilation. Haven't watched all of it yet.

Yohimbe doesn't do anything for me as a sex drug, but it is a phenomenal laxative.
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

have to use it with combinations /additions of something /I don`t remember exact recipe /, to make it work ! :D
btw
what do you mean by "sex drug" exactly, ? Klonk?
you know,
We have plenty of different herbs on our planet for different needs,
+
"sex drug " is very broad term...
Viagra works similar to the YinYangHuo for example,
and
I -woot- heard, that laxatives may be important for some individuals as sex drug too ! :-* ;) -bolt-

Yohimbe just does not agree with me. I got symptoms exactly like the adrenaline dump you get when put in fear of your life: tremors, unease, marathon pooping. That was with the recommended dose on the bottle. I didn't want a woman, I wanted a toilet.

Marathon pooping? That's one race where I don't want a podium finish. (@)

I never tested it , so have no idea how it may work :)
from south America you may try catuaba - quite interesting /tested/
Chinese herbs - lot of possibility and even more combinations and proportions, you have to go step by step
basic mix : ginseng, shizandra chinese, yin yang huo. You may add damiana and mantis eggs cast,- latter ;) /tested, no mantis yet -joint- /
