dedicated to the discussion of the chinese internal martial arts of xingyiquan, baguazhang, taijiquan, related arts, and anything else best discussed over a bottle of rum http://rumsoakedfist.org/
[rant] Why oh why does CMA [social wise, training wise etc.] suck so bad? It does not only stink, it seems rotten to the core. Thank the people for those other beautiful arts where people actually do stuff.[/rant]

Our quote of the day is from Alex Jones. During one of his rants and discussing the film Elysium he said,
"In some Asian countries, they karate chop you as soon as you step off the plane..."
loooong pause
".....to make you move along."
Don't expect me to explain.

A pop singer and rumored former lover of North Korea's leader, blah, the pop singer was executed, but remembered in this newspaper quote:
"Her popularity reportedly peaked in 2005 with the song 'Excellent Horse-Like Lady.'"
Will someone please wake me up from this...experience?

Cheese is not conductive?
Ha-ha, but I have liked *all* the French people I've ever met. They seem to be pretty good listeners, IMO.

Am contemplating the fall of the West. The ever-expanding dole, the encroachments of barbarians and the collapse of morality are signs we have seen before.

Three strikes you're out. Seven trumpets and you're done.
Something Lam Kam Chuen said about zhan zhuang strikes me as the epitome, and epigraph, of Chinese philosophy. "It feels bad? Never mind, you can feel good later!"

I only practice for health. That said, being able to beat the crap out of someone who is bothering you may prove an excellent preserver of your health.
