5 minute video of fake CNN news coverage from first Gulf War is hilarious! They shoot it in a very fake looking studio set with absurd props and painted, solid background colors with torso only of the "newscasters" (actors), then cut away to reveal the entire set.

Reminds me of the line in "Wag the Dog" (1997) where DeNiro's character said the entire war could have been created on a soundstage in Falls Church, Virginia and nobody would know.
