I wrote a post about how this stupidity might be a blessing in disguise because China would see that this guy might actually start an Asian nuclear war. This is the guy who asked "What good are our nukes if we don't use them?" So, I thought that China would back off its support of NK. Then, I read this morning that:

China’s government says it would remain neutral if North Korea attacks the United States, but warned it would defend its Asian neighbor if the U.S. strikes first and tries to overthrow Kim Jong Un’s regime, Chinese state media said Friday.

“If the U.S. and South Korea carry out strikes and try to overthrow the North Korean regime, and change the political pattern of the Korean Peninsula, China will prevent them from doing so,” reported the Global Times, a daily Chinese newspaper controlled by the Communist Party.

Meanwhile, other Asia-Pacific countries have come out in support of the United States in the event of a North Korean nuclear attack.

Japan’s defense minister, Itsunori Onodera, said this week that his nation’s military was ready to shoot down North Korean nuclear missiles, if necessary.

Personally, I don't think that Kim is like Castro, who was actually ready to use tactical nuclear weapons (that the USSR had provided) if the US attacked. Kim has a lavish life style that he wouldn't want to give up. And, the only reason he mouths off is that he gets concessions and has big brother China backing him up.

But, it seems like we're into a situation more complicated than the Cold War, while we're still at war/s, and threatening more wars. And, the guy running the show knows more than the generals, diplomats, intelligence agencies put together. I'm sure everyone is feeling very safe right about now. Well, we all know that in the event of a war, there's one person we know will be safe.



Anyway, of course, they're blaming 44 for the situation in NK, but not for the unemployment rate or stock market --i.e., the "fake" numbers of 2016.

NK is a great reason to start a war with China.
