I've forgotten what the argument is, but afa where IS or any terrorist gets their weapons, the answer is that they buy them, make them, or use whatever they can capture. Then again, no one's going to believe anyone else's opinion anyway. And, there's always a conspiracy or two out there that explains everything.

Pretty self explanatory:

Then of course there's also the airdrops and the dozens of tons of unaccounted ammo.

For those of us who still believe not everything reported by the news is a conspiracy (unless we happen to agree with it) there is this and for everyone else, it's a jewish conspiracy. ;)

Report: 26 Dead Russian Marines Transported from Syria
By: Jewish Press News Briefs
Published: October 20th, 2015

26 perished servicemen of the 810th Marine Brigade of the Coastal Forces of the Black Sea Fleet (Sevastopol) were delivered from Syria to Sevastopol, the Ukraine Defense Ministry website reported Tuesday.

The Russian fleet has registered mass incidents of infectious diseases of Armed Forces personnel in Syria, because the Russian command finds it impossible to ensure suitable sanitary-and-hygienic conditions.

Units of the Armed Forces of Syria with assistance from RF Aerospace Forces continued attacks in Aleppo, Damask, Latakiia, Hama and Homs provinces. As a result the Syrian government army has established control in a number of settlements in the Aleppo region. Over the past 24 hours, Russian aviation forces completed 33 sorties in Syria and attacked 49 targets using missiles.

RF Armed Forces command continues to make arrangements for intensification and providing bases for its own troops Syrian territory. Over the past 24 hours, the lifting-and-mooring vessel “KIL-158” of the Black Sea Fleet passed through the Bosphorus and is moving to Syrian coast.

The Russian Defense Ministry on Tuesday issued the following statement: “Due to reports by foreign media about the alleged deaths of Russian servicemen in Syria, we declare: there are no casualties among members of the Russian Armed Forces in Syria.”

I am not surprised that people try to use conspiracies to silence debates. People deny the Armenian genocide, the Holocaust, shooting down MH17 so why not continue that narrative? In fact RT has been pretty blatant about using said tactic to defend the dictatorship of Russia.

Information warfare? Russia accused of killing civilians in Syria

https://www.rt.com/news/317170-russia-a ... ans-syria/

War is a messy business the idea that no Russians have been killed and no Syrian civilians is preposterous.

What is of particular interests to me is how people can condemn a supposed murder of a pregnant women by angry mob but seem to feel that bombing a city center full of a civilian population is perfectly justified if the bomb came from a country of their liking.

There's a slight difference between an opinion piece with only assertion, assumptions and no logic nor evidence (must be a familiar method of writing for some.. hint hint), and reporting coverage of a state department briefing, I. E. an actual event with no room for making up bollocks. If you look around you can even find a clip of this very briefing which shows Carter getting the piss taken out of him for his idiotic justifications of various nonsensical action.

According to the Russian media Russian forces weren't even involved in the Ukraine, right?

Remember?

Azer wrote:What military intervention? The one in Crimea where 10,000 plus soldiers were already stationed? Or do you assert, without evidence being presented by NATO/EU, that there is a Russian military intervention currently in parts of East Ukraine?

I've seen quite a few Cossacks, but they are not military and are quite likely Ukrainian. Professional movement and Russian weapons seem to be thrown around a lot by media as some sort of evidence, but not the fact that both Ukraine and Russia have conscription, so many men would have military training and Ukraine manufacturers a lot of so called Russian weapons. Not to mention very close resemblance in uniform of almost all former USSR republics. Furthermore much of the Ukrainian spec ops Berkut are pro-Russian and are present in the East as they were ousted from Kiev.

There are currently many video reports being aired on BBC, Sky, Al jazera etc airing footage of interviews and with the protesters, old women, teenagers and miners, don't really look like professional soldiers, and the soldiers being shown are certainly not making any attempt to hide themselves.

Anyhow, the Kiev gov has said it has direct evidence of Russian involvement and will present it to the UN, though they have said that a few times already. Let see.

Or this one?

It makes perfect sense! Russian soldiers, who are apparently not in the area according to Putin's official statement, would be lining up to get group shots for the press!

If Russian forces were involved, it shouldn't be so difficult to verify, considering this has been the most intensely covered conflict to date with reporters behind both lines of forces and on all relevant borders. I guess they must have some super stealth capabilities though, NATO must be bricking it. Ukrainian forces even said themselves, there are no Russian Federation armed forces on their soil:

What are you trying to say? Whatever it is, it's not very clear and seems to be contradictory.

Then of course there's also the airdrops and the dozens of tons of unaccounted ammo.

The news conference where RT asked how the US could properly supply people it couldn't properly train, when it was already revealed that those failed trainees gave their weapons and equipment to the "other" terrorists, but the US spokesperson just kept dodging the question.

I love how on Monday there are mainstream news reports citing Russian sources they bombed terrorists' munitions depot. On Tuesday, terrorists say we have no ammunition, we are quitting if not re-supplied immediately. On Wednesday, Pentagon announces they dropped 50 tons of ammo to the "moderate rebels", but wouldn't you know, once again the mighty ISIS came and snatched all the goodies. Can ya believe it? And everyone's like, "Yeah, that makes perfect sense. Putin is such a dick."
