internal power, etc.

The following typical threads that plague martial arts sites will get moved here if not just deleted: 1 - My style is better than Your style" - 2 - "Internal & External" - 3 - Personal attacks - 4 - Threads that start well, but degenerate into a spiral of nonsense.

Like me? I simply do not know what I should say to this post :'( . I did make a stupid joke and even denoted it. Your online persona is so furious that you do not even regonize that.
Thanks for posting the name.

Ok, please can we stay serious for a moment. You act like a little child. The joke should be clear, to anyone who does BJJ. Your friend would choke me out, you would choke me out and the whole world could choke me out. Nothing of that would change, that I would like to inquire and ask questions, instead of just believing what someone writes with a pompous posting style.
If all you want to hear, is praise and approval I am not the right conversation partner.

Mike Sigman: How to do Internal Strength

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKgfvsu0XT0

Seems quite 'how to'-focussed and not very 'pointless talk' to me, regardless of whether you think his shit is fake or not...

..."That was your first attempt at trying to hear what I tried to say..."
...
well, ok, if you think so...
..."Personally I don't think the sets are all equal, or all the same..."
- same here , it is one of the reasons that I engage in discussion here :)

..."It's obvious to me that there are right and wrong ways of doing them..."
- to me too,
so,
Dan, would you point out,
which exercise/s/ you would be pickin` for this imaginary "M.B.S." /master blaster set/?
then, we will be able to list their advantage.

Intent and Y/Y change - you mean, something more than:
"standard" dantian breathing, press and pull imaginary + movement/s/ in relation with them, I suppose.
Would you to elaborate a little here?,

btw

Doubling down with more insulting commentary. Good for you. Or were this more jokes as well.
You have not been a "conversation partner" from the get go. You have been a drive by shooter.
Dan

???

FWIW, I laughed at the joke.

BJJ champ....throwing....

Not exactly a specialty of theirs. Sure, better at it than your average tomato but it's just not the focus. :P

Just to clarify, thats actually not what I said. I hinted that a real champion, e.g. someone who has a real record and a real win of a major bjj competion and not just a blackbelt (or course respect to that), does work with Ark. I also wrote way back, that there are people with "internals" that seem to be honest, helpful, nice and open.

Yeah....because that's what I wrote right? ::)

I'm sure you really are a funny guy in person butyour online persona the most humourless blowhard I have encountered since my high school algebra teacher.

I left out the rest of your post because it wasn't really a response to anything said here on the thread. I'm not sure who you're so angry at. A guy makes a crack about BJJ'ers and weak throws and it's like the wrong guy hit on your sister or something. It's not like it's any secret that BJJ is kind of weak in the throw department. That's why so many of the competitive one's dabble in wrestling or even *gasp* Judo.

Take a valium or something. Or at least go back and read your own posts as if you weren't your own and notice how they read.
