internal power, etc.

The following typical threads that plague martial arts sites will get moved here if not just deleted: 1 - My style is better than Your style" - 2 - "Internal & External" - 3 - Personal attacks - 4 - Threads that start well, but degenerate into a spiral of nonsense.

,..."It also basically means that the individual needs to figure out how their own body moves on their own by being like a detective analyzing clues, hints, gather new information and evidence;..."

Thank You D-G.
This also sums up my own research and experience as the bigger IMA secret , `cause is big and clear on very beginning :).
so, I`m switching into read only mode,
but
if Mr Bodywork quit his "Cloudy Prince I know U don`t" face, and tell us what is this ,
lets call it >superior set<
I wil be thankfully to try it .

Dear Dan Harden,
I did not mean insult you directly or from behind in greek`s style,
or
any other way, by that matter.
I`m sorry if you felt insulted while reading my posts, it wasn`t my intention.
Just , I`m not only one here wandering for >master set< /ATT.! push No insult button NOW!/
and
you may put some important points here, but you`re reluctant to do it

Really, you forced me to re-read my post, and I agree that I pushed little bit /hopin` that button is on/, with the >prince< /so, sorry again/
but, I felt from my side, that you are circling and playing , you know what...;)
ok,
back to the topic:
sure thing Dan, that nothing is better than hands on experience,
however,
bear in mind, that
very profound texts about practise was written down on one page...

Wiesiek
softly switching to read only again.

No, on the Aunkai stuff. My movements are nothing like his. It is a different operating system. It's difficult to do what Ark does and also train my stuff- although several people are trying to do that.

I don't know of anyone in your area.
I'm not a fan of the Japanese teaching method either so I can't help you there. I like to be direct, detailed and get results.
Dan

Thanks Dan.

Is there anyone who you'd say practices something similar to your method (the body drills, not the applications)? Liu Chengde? Sam Chin?

Wang Anlin?

I'll try to make it to one of your seminars in the future. Maybe in Hawaii :)

cloudz,
no
absolutely NO,
just trying to fully explain my point and not to be deadly serious in the same time :)
btw,
it is simple question -answer internet forum ,
and this is coolest thing about it.
so
for ex., I do will not fell humiliated when somebody say:"... this info is given only in oral, face to face transmission."
What I`m thinkin` about, it is different matter .
and btw no2:
My exchange with the Dan arise interesting q.? /thinkin`, that, not only for me/:
>MASTERS SET<
we all know exercise from the topic of the thread, 16 exercise from Xing I or 8 brocades,
so : probability of existence such set is quite big if you ask me,
of course it can be lost `cause oral FtoF transmission
and
miraculously found, due to the same circumstances... :o

(Because this is a CMA forum somebody is now obliged to chime in with "He's wrong - that is not the true method!")

What is the name of this supposed bjj world champion? I only know of one "real" european bjj champion that trains with ark.

PS: If a bjj world champion could not throw you...that does not account for much ( ;D ducking and hoping noone will choke me out for that)
