I'm not a fan of the Japanese teaching method either so I can't help you there. I like to be direct, detailed and get results.

What is the name of this supposed bjj world champion? I only know of one "real" european bjj champion that trains with ark.

PS: If a bjj world champion could not throw you...that does not account for much ( ducking and hoping noone will choke me out for that)
