Kua Movement

The following typical threads that plague martial arts sites will get moved here if not just deleted: 1 - My style is better than Your style" - 2 - "Internal & External" - 3 - Personal attacks - 4 - Threads that start well, but degenerate into a spiral of nonsense.

At 4:30 mn there is a good exercise for strengthening the kua. I would like to know if anyone has done this particular exercise for more than a year or so. What has been the result? benefits?

I do similarly looking exercise, although not for strengthening the kua, and the results are gradual loosening of the tissues in the region and gaining control over them. The progress is very slow and this is just one of few exercises I do to work on this very problematic part of the body.
