The third frame seems to capture the LHPF spirit, as the fighter in black seems to be stalking always closing, looking to connect, when he does connect with his opponent , he seems to affect his opponent's balance, showing his own connectedness, looking for openings, seeking to strike , as my teacher once said "hit by reason". yes gingerfish is showing what lhbf should never be
he tries to show he is relax; but all he does is be loose like a rag doll and his hand and legs go all over the place
i do not know if he has permission from his teachers to do this; i hope he does not cos he is not at a level to fight and certainly not go around telling ppl he is from lhbf (which he shows by not writing lhbf in full)

sorry strange, try something more palatable next time. i am not very good in ma, so it is difficult for me to judge .

i just know that he kept a dairy of his training...., and he is trying, may be not appropriate....but he s trying..., sounds like kid who went behind his dad and doing all sorts of crazy things.....and got in big trouble.
