Judging by the cheese brands and price signage in the image I'd say it's in New Zealand, in a New World supermarket. No one calls white people crackers in NZ, the term would be honkey or palangi depending on if you were talking to a Maori or an Islander (Tongan, Samoan etc...). But we do know that cracker can be used in the US as a term for white people, so it was likely a play on words.
