Anyone heard from old Earle lately? What's he up to these days?

^^ why's that funny? :-/

Anyway, here's one thing he seems to "be up to these days":

The man is living a happy life, enjoying himself, doing what he loves. Not many people can say that.

Well, the clip is not a live performance or something was dubbed over--at the 1:19 mark to 1:21, the lead riff starts in the music but Erle's fingers are a bit late--from one old blues guitar player with a white strat [old version] to another. LOL

But the music sounds decent anyway.

off topic but ...

the best indication that this music is dubbed over is that none of the guitars are plugged in, the keyboard is not plugged in and there are no mics on the drums or back ground vocals. overall i think it is a good thing for a home video. most "live" videos by the "big boys" are not live at all. even the close up shots of a person playing the riff might not be from the actual riff you are hearing. "they" just edit what looks "good" together...
i say wish them happiness. it is not often that you see a family that is that close ...
