为何说姬龙峰先师是董秉乾先师的六合枪弟子　颜紫元　　２０１０年４月２日

董秉乾先师的董氏六合枪与博公道长的十三势太极枪是最早的内家枪法，而董氏六合枪尤高于博公之枪，且达中国枪术之巅顶。谱载王堡八世祖王仲锦、陈家沟九世祖陈奏庭分别为董先师六合枪、十三势软手（太极）之弟子。且尊村九世祖姬龙峰亦为董先师六合枪弟子，姬氏后“化枪为捶”，创心意六合拳。董氏后人董梦麟之祖父所创阴阳八盘（卦)掌、双头长枪等，无不与董氏六合枪有密切关系，故此枪堪称内家之源头。



据载:董秉乾先师生于公元1580年，卒于1679年，姬龙峰先师则生于1602年，卒于1683年。王堡枪谱中还明确记载着陈家沟武术始祖陈奏庭先师是董秉乾先师“十三势软手”、“通背拳”的弟子，陈奏庭先师生于公元1600年，卒于1680年。而陈奏庭先师的另一“十三势软手”老师蒋发先师，谱载生于公元1574年，与董秉乾先师年龄相仿。笔者先学“十三势软手”、心意六合拳，再学董氏六合枪（又称王堡枪）。



笔者曾师从马岳樑先师学吴氏太极拳及十三势快架。据马师讲，十三势快架即杨禄禅先师得自陈家沟陈长兴先师的原传太极十三势，全佑公传子鉴泉，鉴泉先师则于1914年前后据十三势快架创太极慢架，并不断修改，于上世纪二十年代末最终定型，人称吴氏太极。



笔者又曾投极大精力研习姬龙峰先师之心意六合拳，分别得：



　南阳唐万义一支的纪晋山宗师（薛子洞先师的弟子）；李海生即周口南岸小架的李尊思宗师（买金奎先师的弟子）；买壮图一支的王书文宗师（卢嵩高先师的弟子）、白文义宗师 （杨祥麟先师的弟子）、刘老师（杨鸿生、苏传文先师的弟子）；洛阳马兴一支马宏宪宗师（金黑彦先师的弟子）；祁县戴隆邦一支的阎龙昌宗师（岳贵宁先师的弟子）；及原传心意六合十二大式的赵老师、张老师的传授（马学礼先师之师兄弟李存湖、李存海支的传人。笔者并与此支的结义兄弟刘君换艺），上述各支的真传。



　并得张兆元、卢少君、马贵龙、李青山、苏训召（苏传文之子）、石耀祖、买贵生、杨世杰、倪德生、倪德福、水普慈、吕宏扬、岳建祖各位老师的指点。



心意六合拳上海地区鼻祖卢嵩高先师曾说过心意、太极同源。笔者也在数年前因练习过程中倍感心意、十三势太极二者之有许多相似之处，而写过一篇“十三势软手与心意六合拳的关联”的文章。后来得到刘鸿俊先师传授“阴阳八盘掌”后，也曾写过一篇“太极、心意、阴阳八盘的关联”，认为他们是源自一家，都与河南怀庆府董家有关。通背拳祖董成，六合枪、十三势软手董秉乾先师，阴阳八盘掌三世祖董梦麟先师，均是怀庆府人，且前二位明确记载是道人，而后者也是隐士类人物。虽然目前尚未查找到记载心意六合拳创始人姬氏与董秉乾先师师徒关系的直接证据，但笔者可以从许多间接证据中确认姬氏的六合枪老师就是董秉乾先师。



2008下半年，笔者在去中国各地考证武术源流时，有幸拜在原怀庆府修武县的董氏六合枪李师讳正府先生门下，练习基本功，一年后又请李师来新西兰家中长住半年传授枪术。



董氏六合枪是一个完整的枪术体系，李师一生只练枪，偶尔也比划一下董先师的六合刀。随着传习的展开与深入，笔者每天都有惊奇的发现。凭着对心意六合拳主要支派较全面继承与掌握，及对其他各支的了解，笔者几乎能从董氏六合枪中找到所有这些心意六合拳的身法、步法、声法 、手法、内劲法及理论，而董氏六合枪更为 备原始。



如：戴氏心意拳中“三年身法二年步”的蹲猴势身法桩，即枪法中 “高身低缠”中“小中平正身面缠、大身正身劈面格”的二式身法。而戴氏“一字步进退”即枪术中“活拨打云游拨打”的头二式之进退步。



其余如马兴支、买壮图支心意拳的小身法，均为枪法中的正、斜身小身法及小提步、跪步小身法。



马兴支心意拳之“白花将”中的“斜提”是其它支心意所无有，但在枪术中则为“斜提左搭”。卢氏心意拳中的摇闪把、 燕子取水、掂腿小拓，也是其它心意拳中所无有，而在枪术中为“翻花手、背走，云游拨打”。李存湖十二大势中的第二大势“下步停手”与枪中“单手面出枪”全同。买壮图支心意拳嫡传宗师杨祥麟先师四把中的恨天无把落山劈之 “落把”（又称“沉劈”），与招枪中“单叉”全同，只是一个坐左腿，一个坐右腿，其起在拳中称揭地而起之“挑领”，在枪中称“划杆而起”。凡此，不胜枚举。



心意六合拳三祖“河南府李”的“十大要论”中所言之步法，即寸、垫、过、践、快步，未得心意拳真传者，不能全解其意，不会全练此五步。因笔者常习此五种步法，故练枪时，惊奇地发现此五种步法均在枪法的步法中。而心意六合拳的步法基本功“踩鸡步”（不属于五种步法），在枪术的“小使手”中为“鸡子钻林”的步法。心意拳中的变转方向步法称“掉步”，也不在五步之中，笔者却赫然见之在枪式步法变化中，并有枪谱注曰：“掉步者，斜进斜退也。”



枪中讲阴阳二气，发哈咦二声，心意拳中也发喝咦二声（笔者注：十三势软手也发哼哈二声）。

枪中身法要求讲“秀如伏猫，长如纵虎”，秀身时“藏头伏尾号胁肩”，即心意拳束身时讲的“包肩裹胯缩尾”。枪中长身时讲“伏头藏豚”，不准抬头，即心意拳长身也讲头至足成“牮柱式“。



二者眼法也完全相同。



余如枪中讲究：三尖照，前手不出尖，后手不离肋，运枪发枪均为身法劲，非胳膊劲，也为心意六合拳之原则。



从明初“长枪李”之“六合三十六枪”的“六合枪”名始，至明末唐顺之、戚继光，程宗猷等所述六合枪，均从三十六枪，或二十四枪，或六个回合为六合枪。而此枪则不见三十六枪、二十四枪、十三枪或六个来回趟名堂路数，而以 “内三合、外三合”之六合而命名此枪，既董氏六合枪。



心意六合拳早期拳谱十大形无熊有猫。此枪名堂中十形名堂俱有，也无熊有猫（笔者注：可见熊形为姬祖所创）。



另外，枪中“硬崩摘豆角”的名堂也被心意拳所引用。



此枪踢腿不过膝，枪高不出人，而心意拳中有“起腿不过膝，举手不过眉”之要求。



而此枪中的“烹三枪”之“烹意”即如“滚油滴水状”，也被心意拳习者误写成“鹏”意、“喷”意。



买氏心意拳中的内功“手磨内五行”，其姿势无不源自此枪。



令笔者惊讶的是，心意拳史研究先驱黄新铭先生曾记载的少林寺心意把基本功束身“六合步”，亦来自此枪，称“小套步”。笔者发现河南张老根传襄县姚仁山的心意拳基本功“十字把”中的跪步 ，也来自此枪“十六缠提棍第十回、十一回”的招枪中。而李存湖的基本功束长身六合步（与少林六合步又不同），在枪术中称四平正身法（足下存身）。洛阳基本功侧身单把长三步，在枪术中称“顺斜身蹬开步”。加上前述的买氏基本功踩鸡步、戴氏基本功“一字步进退”，均无不来自此枪。



由此可见，此枪中随意一式都能被取作一派心意六合拳的基本功，可见此枪术是何等的精深，浓厚。



有了此枪的身法、步法、声法、眼法、内劲法及基本功等，随便取枪中的招式为手法，便能“化枪为捶”矣。



因为太平之日，持枪刀不便（笔者注：董氏六合刀与笔者所得传的心意六合刀，戴氏心意刀有特征性的相同处，唯董氏六合刀更为古些），故需丢枪为捶。但演练大枪（七尺半至九尺半）能速增内劲功力，姬祖化拳后为弥补此缺憾，故创传有心意内功。



如李存湖一支有：易筋经十二大劲（笔者注：此易筋经十二式又称为“易筋经外经”，在济源神拳中称为“百日功”，而笔者所习竺云飞先师传易筋经十二式为达摩原创，后又称为“易筋经内经”）、大练气架、六步功（此三者合称为“易筋经贯气诀”）、八段锦等。



洛阳支（除“五阴爪功”外）内功失传。



买氏内功有：手磨内五行、板橙四把、内劲法、及其它中节功抖中节、曲中节等。



戴氏以蹲猴桩为内功，戴宏勋一支也有与洛阳相似的五阴爪功等。



南阳唐万义一支的纪晋山恩师也传有八段锦、五行内功等。其“勾手刁腕蹲身踩步踢桩”也来自此枪术。



另有十三太保功（笔者注：与宝显廷前辈之十三太保功不同）



心意六合拳有了这些内功，威力就接近持大枪练功了。



笔者曾得传周口河西袁丰义先师一支所传的六合枪及二人合枪（合枪为：四枪、五集枪、七枪、十三枪。其“九步十三枪”失传，此枪来自苏老岱），也得传张老根传姚仁山一支的“十三枪”（六枪、七枪，是对练合枪）、戴氏心意枪、唐万义之沥泉枪等。并得明初“长枪李”一支原传六合三十六枪、合枪四十二枪及勇战十三枪（又称“赵云十三枪”）之传授。然而这些枪法均非姬祖原传枪法。这些枪法也无法“丢枪为捶”。



姬祖原传枪法在李存湖及马兴二支传人中只残剩几式，整个枪套失传，然此残存几式无不能从董氏六合枪中找寻到。



在太行山西北侧的黄河边的尊村姬氏家谱载：姬龙峰得异人传授枪法。而姬氏一支传人的传谱上，将姬祖称为太行山凌川县人，说明姬祖曾在太行山陵川县一带活动过。与凌川县紧挨着的是凤台县（原属山西泽州府现属河南怀庆府修武县），是通背拳创始人董成老道传山民许守禄通背拳之处。据许氏历代传说，董成老祖便是在猕猴群常常出没的凤台县山中开悟而创的通背拳。



又据王堡枪术先师王者玉的道光年间序文，说董秉乾先师“自北而来，隐身覡观”。即自千载之北的太行山（原属山西泽州府凤台县）而来。而康熙年间的唐村李氏家谱又记载董秉乾先师不仅传十三势软手，还有通背拳。可见董秉乾先师来千载寺前曾在凤台县山里随董成老祖习通背拳。



据笔者研究，董成曾与十三势软手传人、山西汾州府汾河小王庄之七世祖王公悦（宗岳），“长枪李”后人，及张松溪等均有交流（详见笔者“太极拳史真相大白”一文）。故极有可能在董成的引荐下，董秉乾老道除了随董成习通背，也从王宗岳、“长枪李”后人习十三势软手及“长枪李”枪法，开悟后创中国枪术史上之极品“董氏六合枪”。



董秉乾先师创成“董氏六合枪”，又在山中传尊村姬氏。由于凤台县、凌川县紧邻，姬氏被其一支之弟子误认为是凌川县人而记载在谱上。



姬祖得传董氏六合枪后，便访少林寺，或传少林寺六合枪法，或传少林寺通背拳（笔者按：笔者在少林还俗僧人处见过少林寺老谱，上有“姬老师枪法”之名目，此章前后为通背拳谱，而姬氏枪谱应为姬祖对董氏六合枪的摘要,称“姬老师枪法”是少林寺僧对姬祖枪法表示崇敬之意，笔者藏有三个不同来源的“姬氏枪谱”。而李存湖一支拳谱中“开列”有五趟一百三十二势姬祖枪法之名堂）。



此即姬氏家谱上记载的姬祖“传艺河南”之事（当时凤台县属山西，故姬氏受艺于山西凤台县，传艺于黄河之南的少林寺）。



笔者认为姬祖赴少林寺时尚未“化枪为捶”，若已“化枪为捶”，则不能只传枪不传捶，若传捶，则少林寺寺老谱不能只记载“姬老师枪法”，而不记载“姬老师拳法”。



据笔者研究，少林寺心意把十二大势，应为心意六合拳三祖“河南府李”或四祖马学礼所传。“河南府李”是雍乾年间少林寺方丈的挚友，曾将自己于雍正十一年正月写得“六合十大要论”及“二十四字诀”传给少林寺。据马兴及买壮图二支传人历代传言，马学礼曾受命在师离十年后赴少林寺试艺，试艺成功后，被要求将“艺”留下（详见笔者“心意六合拳史”文章）。



而姬祖或其徒孙“河南府李”也曾在少林寺学得“易筋经十二大劲”、“八段锦”、“九转延年法”等内功（笔者按：立式“八段锦”为晋代许真君所创，坐式“八段锦”为唐代钟离祖师所创，“九转延年法”也为河南新安方君所创，后传入少林寺，易筋经外经即十二大劲不知创自何人）。



离开少林寺后，姬祖并未绕原道回山西蒲州尊村，而是取捷径，从峡州茅津渡 过黄河至平陆，翻越中条山而直达尊村。据载，姬祖在翻越中条山时，曾马失前踢，坠入深谷，所幸无大碍，凭内功攀援而出谷，回到尊村。在寻找出深山穷谷的日子里，姬祖见鹰熊搏斗，鹰攻熊守，而大受启发。遂想太平之日，不携刀枪，猝遇盗匪、仇人，将如何抵御？遂化枪为捶。又取董氏六合枪中“龙、虎、猴、猫、鹰、蛇、鸡、马、燕、鹞 ”等动物名堂，加入熊之守意，既秀如伏猫，长如纵虎（猫、虎同科，一小一大），攻如鹰，守如熊，鹰熊竟志，而创心意六合拳。而其理论无不源自董成、董秉乾祖师之阴阳、五行、六合、三三九节，及枪术中的三尖照、一身备五弓、五弓为一弓等理论。



据载，姬祖化枪为捶后，曾再赴山中见董老道，其所创心意六合拳受到董老道的赞扬，拳谱中有“吾谱心意，汝拳六合，合而为之心意六合拳”之记载。可见心意拳或六合拳之全称“心意六合拳”也是董先师给起的（笔者按：清康熙雍正年间，有张明者，据通背拳及通背理论中之六合论而创六合拳，此六合拳为外家六合拳，后传至河北、山东，而心意六合拳之祖“河南府李”在“六合十大要论”中的“序”中所说的“六合拳”是指姬祖所创的内家六合拳，因当时已有外家六合拳，故之祖“河南府李”在“序”中特别指出了姬祖之六合拳与外门之六合拳是不同的。在明末清初，顾殿一道长又在董成老祖通背拳及六合论的基础上，称其派通背拳为六合通背。而此派枪谱竟与笔者所得传的“长枪李”之三十六枪、四十二枪枪谱全同，一字不差。由此也可见“长枪李”后人与董成的交流。山西洪洞通背拳中有六合枪、二十四枪、十三枪等名堂，也是一佐证。千载寺董秉乾先师的道友博公道长，也曾得传十三势软手、剑及“长枪李”后人枪法，博公后创十三势枪，即太极十三枪、二十四枪及二人合枪，如对扎八枪、四枪等。有意思的是，由马公岳樑恩师传下的上述太极枪法之起势，即左手握枪往上抽，右手把杆，收势怀抱琵琶。与董氏六合枪出场之左手握枪提举，右手把杆“敬天一柱香”及董氏六合枪收场之“怀中抱月”也几乎相同）。



可见姬公龙峰先师为董氏六合枪创始人董先师秉乾老道之弟子，当无疑。而其师兄弟则有王仲锦、陈奏庭、李仲、李信（笔者按：后三人是董秉乾先师十三势软手及通背拳弟子）
