Good stuff, Mix - always refreshing to have TCMAs teachers open for public discussion and Q&A.
Q. 1) If and/or when you practice sparring against full resisting partners, do you do the sparring in different formats? i.e. striking and throwing, only throwing, one person can only throw and the other can only strike etc...
Q. 2) Considering the large volume of throws in the Cheng system, do you do a lot of Shuai Jiao/Judo type sparring, or only applications training?
Q. 3 & 4) Do you do conditioning exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, weight/stone padlock/kettle bell training, running etc...? things that are not commonly practiced by the wider IMAs community - and what are your thoughts on these types conditioning practices relative to building functional martial skill within the context of practicing IMAs?
