IMO Fights look damn near what I saw in the bare knuckle fight vid (there's a shit load of fists of fury that get thrown, usually the dude that takes a good one to the brain bucket attempts a clinch, then sometimes the fight goes to the ground in a heap. The flurry of fist usually thrown is why once one losses the initiative, traps for the most part become infective, Same imo goes for alot (but not all) of the sticky hands or push hands stuff. I believe in simplicity with those skill sets Yea one can get good at simple traps or attaching & adhering by working off some form of shielding as in the WC vid (in fact I'd recommend working on hard wiring some form of shielding then counter over sticky hands or push hands practice any day... but hey that's me)
nice elbow workout vid sean
