I met a Mantis guy in Qingdao early one morning when I was training in an alley and we crossed hands a bit and exchanged techniques. He was very good at level changes that set up attacking the groin like that

At first I was wondering about them putting Northern and Southern Mantis in the same episode, but they did a pretty good job of showing both.
