Great chance to train 4 hours of Yiquan every day, would be going to this in a flash if I lived in Europe! Could you go into a bit more detail about what you plan to cover during the intensive?

Generally during those intensive courses students are learning some part of the standard programme, depending on their level.
In short, master Yao Chengguang's programme is divided into basic level, intermediate level, advanced level and post advanced level (qianghua - enhancing).
The basic level already includes all the training methods, from zhan zhuang, shi li, fa li, tui shou to san shou, plus wooden pole, pads, bag etc. Next levels mean going through more advanced variants of more or less the same excercises.
For the need of our courses the basic level is divided into 3 sections. Two weeks course covers one section. One week (as we do during winter) halve of a section.
So if someone is coming for 2 weeks in summer, or one week in winter and 1 week in summer, would learn basic level in 3 years.
