Xin Yi Liu He term for movement/form?

Postby Wuji on Wed Feb 01, 2017 10:23 pm

So, i've seen a movement I'm learning from my teacher called a few different things. I was wandering what the Chinese term for it is, the characters, and translation. I've heard it called Long Xing Guo Heng, and my teacher calls it Soaring Dragon. A buddy of mine said he learned it as small dragon. It's basically to face wash movements, and when the second one completes, the bottom arm comes up to an uppercut or elbow (I was taught it as an elbow). Just wandering what the proper terminology is.
