With the students there in that setting its not saying much...If he walks into an MMA gym or has students that actually have, know, and can fight, this would be saying something. At no point does he really ever take their balance he does compromise their structure because they allow him to or do not have a structure that is well-developed and coordinated.


I do get its a class, demo....and the teacher is having a little fun with his students. But he seems to have a certain vibe of feeling he can really do what is shown with people he doesn't know or some that are trained. I'd say no...Just my 2 nt.

Patrick always did make it look too easy ...

I will say this then I' m done ... If you can see Dan tian rotation then that is beginner level. From big to small is the way so if you can see it ... I rest my case.

Haha, yes and no. It depends on the purpose. but like I said that guy has some very good material and it would be a pleasure training with them. What I want to see from him is dantian rotation which is flexing the bows which is in turn creating fajin during his applications. Now I know that you understand that that is high level. So don't rest your case so quickly my friend

I liked it from what I se and read,seem as an good taiji teacher to study with (even if he not "pressure test" him self against MMA folks)
