I liked the vid but like others have said. many of the moves are common in martial arts. Also the guy talking at the end completely put me off. He makes an awesome vid showing how kung fu techniques can be applied in real life, then he spews crap about kung fu being the father of all martial arts and Bruce Lee being the first to combine different martial arts. That is the kind of inaccurate statements that make people laugh and joke about kung fu being the real deal. Kung fu is certainly the oldest known martial art, but many fighting styles developed independent of kung fu. Bruce Lee was also the bomb, but other people have been combining styles for years. Sun Lu Tang said it was common for the Bagua and Xingyi teachers to cross train students over 100 years ago, and Sun Lu Tang combined three styles to make his own. GM Chang combined xingyi with shuai jiao for his own fighting style. The system I study was combined with kung fu, muay thai, and other southeast asian styles. You gotta be accurate if you want people to take you seriously.
